About Us
Our journey toward opening an adult family home began with the deeply personal experience of care for our grandmother in her final years. Being by her side taught us the importance of compassion, dignity, and respect in elder care. Through this experience, we discovered a calling - to provide a warm, safe, and supportive home for the elderly where they are not just care for, but genuinely valued.
Our purpose is to honor the lives and legacies of our elderly residents by creating a family-like environment where they feel loved, heard, and empowered. We are committed to delivering personalized care that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit - just as once we did for our grandmother, and now hope to do for every resident we welcome into our home.
About the Provider & Resident Manager
Our names are Pamela Yanos Calapini (right side) and Princess Danica Yanos Menor (left side). Both of us are Registered Nurses with about 7 years and 4 years of clinical care experiences caring for vulnerable adults. Both of us have backgrounds on cardiac telemetry, medical surgical, neuro, behavioral health and dementia patient. Before we became RNs, both of us started working as certified nursing assistants at an Adult Family Home and hospital gaining more knowledge and skills in taking care of the elderly population needing assistance in their activities of daily living and in their medical needs. We bring not only compassion but also advanced medical knowledge and hands-on skills to the care we provide. We believe in working closely with residents and their families to create individualized care plans that repeat personal choices and foster shared decision-making.
